The Research Student will gain hands-on experience supporting research projects across Nunatsiavut. This position offers students an opportunity to learn about research and fieldwork, build practical skills, and explore careers related to the natural sciences while working with communities and research partners in the region.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with research projects, including fieldwork and sample collection
• Maintaining records, logs, and related research data
• Coordinating sample preparation and shipment to laboratories
• Supporting engagement with Inuit communities and research partners, and other related duties as assigned

• Youth between the ages of 15 to 30 years of age
• Social Insurance Number
