The Archaeology/Heritage Student will assist with fieldwork and lab work in the Nunatsiavut region. The student will also help with the preservation of Inuit traditional knowledge as well as the protection of Inuit cultural heritage.

Duties Include:
  • Assist with planning and carrying out archaeological fieldwork across Nunatsiavut.
  • Help research and monitor how climate change affects archaeological sites.
  • Support archaeology and heritage programs through writing, administrative tasks, and other related work.
Qualifications
  • Youth between the ages of 15 to 30 years of age
  • Social Insurance Number
